after the Fayetteville Christmas Parade
For our first winter concert, the New River Youth Chorus & Symphony will be performing with several others in the annual Music After The Parade concert at Beckley Presbyterian Church. The concert begins with cookies and hot cocoa, following the Beckley Christmas Parade, at approximately 2:30 pm on Saturday, December 3, 2011.
Our second winter concert at the Historic Fayette Theatre will be part of Fayetteville's annual Christmas Festival and will take place at 7:00 pm on Saturday, December 10, following the Fayetteville Christmas Parade. The New River Youth Chorus, Beginner Chorus, & Symphony will perform classical and holiday favorites, including Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride.

From Crossroads Mall, go south on Robert C. Byrd Drive for 4-1/2 miles to the stoplight at Value City Shopping Center (Papa John's is on the left.) Turn left at the stoplight onto Kanawha Street (Route 210) and go one mile to the church on your left, across from Soldier's Memorial Theater & Mountain State University.

From Route 19, take the Fayetteville Court Street Exit. After the Courthouse, you will see the Historic Fayette Theatre on your left. Parking is available in the Board of Education parking lot. Take the first left after the Theatre, onto Fayette Avenue.
